For any of the printed books, domestic Shipping & Handling is by media mail (a flat rate of  $5).   International Shipping & Handling to Western Europe is usually about $20 for a single volume and $30 for two volumes.  For some countries like Russia and Japan the cost can be higher.  We will have to obtain an advance estimate for unique delivery situations.
